timo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pepe nero&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1,25 dl di aceto bianco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 tazza di miele&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2,5 dl di ketchup&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lavate le costolette sotto acqua corrente fredda e asciugate con fogli di carta Tagliate la parte bassa della pera in modo da formare una base piatta in modo che la pera resti in piedi. Scavare con un coltellino piccolo o uno scavino per togliere il torsolo.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;In una pentola versate il vino, aggiungete la cannella, lo zucchero e la scorza del limone. A fiamma bassa portate ad ebollizione.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aggiungete le pere in verticale, coprite con un coperchio e fate cuocere per un quarto d'ora (un po' di più se le pere sono più grandi). Le pere devono essere morbide all'interno a fine cottura. grattuggiato&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 spicchio di aglio&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lavate gli spinaci stando attenti a togliere tutta la terra &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fate sciogliere una noce di burro in una padella&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aggiungete la cipolla tagliata fina e l'aglio&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lasciate rosolare a fuoco basso, quindi togliete l'aglio&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aggiungete il latte e gli spinaci e lasciate cucinare a fiamma molto bassa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Spegnete la fiamma, aggiungete parmigiano e sale e la seconda noce di burro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mettete il tutto in un contenitore sale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;80 gr di farina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 uova&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mezza bustina di lievito in polvere&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr cioccolato fondente&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 ml di pere&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;cannella in polvere&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparazione: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sbucciate le pere e tagliatele a cubetti.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;spolverizzatevi la cannella e infornatele per circa 10 minuti a una temperatura media.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fondete burro e cioccolato.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aggiungete 1 per volta i tuorli delle uova poi, a cucchiaiate, lo zucchero e la farina alla quale avrete mescolato il lievito.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Montate a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale e uniteli poi al
